SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES: We use Priority Mail via USPS to mail our orders. Most shipments will be processed the following business day after you place your order. However during busy times of the year, there may be a further delay in processing. You will be notified if your item is on back order or delayed. Please note that international shipping takes approximately 10 business days. If you have a specific request for shipping to a location we do not regularly ship to. Any purchases made from November 26th - December 25th can be returned within 30 days of purchase. - Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The one exception is in the case of an error on our part (wrong size, color etc). In that case we will refund you for the original shipping charges.- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. - Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. - Merchandise must have all original tags, and hygienic liners (if applicable).- Please include a copy of your invoice in the package.- Final sale items may not be returned.- Please contact us with any other issues or concerns
